Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen fruit (such as mixed berries or mango)
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup Tropicana Orange Juice
  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • ¾ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp chia seeds

Directions:

  1. Combine frozen fruit, banana, orange juice, spinach, Greek yogurt and chia seeds in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a large glass and serve.
