Tropicana Yogurt Bark

Cook Time: 3 hours, or overnight

Total time: 3 hours and 5 minutes

Serves: 8

Ingredients:

  • 32 oz vanilla Greek yogurt 
  • 1 cup Tropicana orange juice 
  • 2-3 clementines, peeled, and sections cut in half (optional)

Directions:

  1. Whisk together yogurt and orange juice in a large mixing bowl until well combined. 
  2. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper making sure to have extra around the edges. 
  3. Pour yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet and spread evenly. 
  4. Add sections of clementine oranges (optional) 
  5. Freeze overnight or until solid. 
  6. Once frozen, break yogurt bark into pieces and place in a freezer bag to store in the freezer for 3 to 6 months.
